Logline: This is a warm coming-of-age story about the growing boy from the ’90s who found his life ''teacher" in the grandmother's boyfriend, whose name is Felix. Felix is a very specific character; he was "a soldier of fortune" in the USSR' special forces. Sometimes Felix drunk and dancing almost naked in the living room, sometimes he showed the boy how to use a gun, or how to deal with any other boys' struggles. That story shows us a fragile relationship between the growing boy and Felix. One day that boy's become the growing man thanks to Felix.

The freedom that these slow and clumsy vehicles were giving to their owners; the cars as an instrument in the Cold War battle; legends and homemade tune-ups as an attempt to stand at least a little bit off the crowd. The film is an elegant, witty and profound take on how the past lives on in the present – literally in the form of the cars, and as ideas.
