SUBMIT YOUR 1st, 2nd or 3rd FILM PROJECT and Works in Progress for 20th Sofia Meetings
The 20th Sofia Meetings will take place from 23rd till 26th March 2023 in the framework of the 27th Sofia International Film Festival (16th – 26th March 2023)
Sofia Meetings is an event, supported by Creative Europe MEDIA sub-programme of the European Commission, EA Bulgarian National Film Center and Sofia Municipality.
It has two separate modules:
Feature Films Pitching – presentation of first, second and third feature fiction film projects of the director, looking for co-producers, sales and distribution.
Works in Progress – films at late stages of post-production or completed films without international premiere.
The screenings are for professionals: for programmers of international film festivals, sales companies, distributors and exhibitors.

Please send all required documents in one PDF file and don’t forget to mention (in the email) for which future project of the Director you are submitting.
More than 150 key decision-makers: producers, distributors, representatives of the film markets, sales companies, film funds, TV buyers and other film professionals from Europe and the region, as well as representatives of the key film festivals, are expected to attend the event. Besides the main programmes, we offer workshops, panels, presentations, Europe Distribution and Europa Cinemas workshop on audience development and many informal events.
